With internet compatibility you can download the necessary maps and other information directly to your unit, thus eliminating the need for a dedicated computer. Furthermore, its Bluetooth compatibility enables you to make and receive calls hands free. Another startling feature expected of this unit is its 3 mega-pixel camera that enables you to geotag photos.

The Mio Explora K75 Slim Satellite Navigator measures 115.3 x 61.5 x 11.9 mm in dimensions and weighs just about 115 grams. It has a 128 RAM, a 256 ROM of internal memory as well as an external memory slot for increasing the internal memory capacity. It has all the necessary features that any high-end smart phone will have. Though the pricing details are yet to be announced, it is expected to hit the stores in July 2009.

Its internal antenna is integrated with a SiRFstarIII GPS receiver for faster GPS lock. It also includes a 1seg digital TV tuner. It is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that comes with an estimated battery life of 4 hours.

The Mio DigiWalker C523 V2 Portable Satellite Navigator is also reported to have Bluetooth compatibility so that you can make and receive hands free calls. Also with the help of Bluetooth technology, you can transfer data over a short range between similar devices. It is expected to cost about $448.

It has a dimension of 5.12 x 3 x 0.7 inches and weighs about 181 grams. This compact Knight Rider also brings along a device mount, an in-car charger, a USB cable and a CD-ROM.

Mio has expressed its confidence in this device and this is expected to boost its growth in the potential market. This PDA GPS system measures about 115 x 61.5 x 11.9 mm and weighs just about 115 grams. Mio has designed the Explora K70 such that it combines navigation, communication and multimedia functions and is targeted mainly at users who expect a multi-tasking device. It comes with a 3.5-inch TFT touch screen display that includes a screen resolution of 240 x 400 pixels.

This Mio Explora K70 GPS enabled PDA  integrates the device’s GPSOne receiver from Qualcomm, that provides it with the best grade navigational capabilities. As it comes with 3.5G network support, it exhibits Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatibility. A socket has been provided for connecting the external TMC antenna. The Explora K70 runs on the Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and includes Microsoft Office Mobile suite of programs, that makes it ideal and convenient for accessing emails, documents, multimedia features and much more. It comes with a long battery standby time of 200 hours while the talk time life is 4.5 hours. During continuous GPS usage the battery is expected to last for 4 hours maximum.
