This ultra light and ultra compact device sporting a fixed monitor is an apt travel companion, easy to carry and easily installed in cars, bikes. This compact device is designed with weight 180g and dimensions of 113 mm x 78 mm x 25 mm making it viable to be carried even while on foot. It also helps to promote smooth, improved and stress free navigation.
This Satellite Navigation System also helps to display clear meaningful direction in either 2D or 3D format, depending on user preference. The device comes pre-loaded with complete map information on the UK and Major Roads of Europe. It also offers CD-ROMs/ SD cards backup of in-depth map data for the UK and Major Roads of European countries.
Meanwhile, the Full- Touch control option offered also allows inputting data and changing all settings with just the touch of a finger. The device also allows you access to quick and efficient destination input by purely entering a postal code as an alternative to excessively long city and street names.
Both the 2D and 3D formats are compatible with the toll free TMC information, when connected to an optional interface. With the information received the system will display the speed limit relevant to your vehicle’s current location. The navigation system also supports operating systems such as Microsoft Windows ® CE .Net 4.2 Core version.
The navigation system fitted with a 3.5” Colour TFT LCD Display also has an internal flash memory of 512MB. Additional features of the navigation system includes a built- in 15×15 mm Patch antenna, Communication SiRF GPS III module with extended antenna jack; Connector for extended antenna; Touch panel Control; Sun light protection; On-Screen Keyboard; Built–in 1.5W loud speaker; Slot for MMC/SD cards; TMC mini USB (For Free to Air Service Only); USB 1.1 and a re-chargeable Lithium battery with 4.5 hours autonomy in full power mode.
Clarion Map 360 3.5” Sat Nav System can also be used as an MP3 player, if you insert a SD card stored with your favourite music files. Meanwhile, the device, with its SD card stored with images also allows you to create your own personal photo album and share it with friends wherever you go.
