Navi gadget has posted a new poll tiltled “Should personal GPS Jammers be legalized? “ The topic is not about GPS Jammers that can interact with satellite signals miles apart. People are concerned about mini GPS jammers that are powerful enough to jam signals in and around their vehicle and sticks into your cigarette lighter. Otherwise even a battery powered one that could be carried with them are not sure about them switching on their GPS in phone and tracing them around.
The government did not demand people if that could beam satellite signals to our backyards, cars, and houses. Hence why should people need their permission to interfere with these signals. There are quite a lot of things to look after here. Car thieves can make use of the GPS Jammers to to mal function Onstar, LoJack or other similar systems. Since some of the legalized airlines are now using GPS data as a guide for landing, they may ask to turn off all the handy electronic that may include GPS Jammers.
