This sat-nav device has been designed for traveling in urban areas rather than trekking on the mountains or sailing in the boats. Visual as well as audio signals assist you in finding out your location and where you need to head. The Desktop Local Search feature incorporated into this handheld, allows you to connect the device to a PC using its USB 2.0 port and access location details. Be it a pizza parlour or theatre, you just need to upload the details of your chosen destination from the PC to your handheld, and your intelligent guide is all set to help you get there, most conveniently. With the new built-in NavPix software, you can also upload pictures into the navigator, from the NavPix website. Thus making your travel colourful and fun with picture navigation. Also, keep a track of your journey, with the mileage reporter tool that is built into the device. You can as well, update the handheld with the latest Points of Interest and maps using its blue tooth feature. This little companion not only guides you in your travel, but also warns you about possible locations of safety cameras. The 4.3” touch screen colour display has a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels. The really fast SiRFStar III GPS chipset and 400MHz Samsung 2443 processor have been employed, for performing the technical functions. An internal memory space of 64MB has been provided to store information. TeleAtlas maps of 22 countries have been pre-loaded into the set and instructions can be provided in 16 different languages. A lithium battery of 720W capacity, provides power to the set. The TMC (Traffic Message Channel) feature could be optionally loaded to provide traffic and other travel updates.
