Cartrek 700 Satellite Navigation System is a new launch from Cartrek, which features an ultra slim and an elegant design. It is a much user friendly satellite navigation system with a plug-n-go technology. This provides an easy installation for the device and once plugged it is ready to use.
Cartrek 700 Plug-n-Go Sat Nav employs a 300MHz Central Processing unit with a Microsoft WinCE.NET 5.0 Operating system. The GPS receiver used in it is the built-in SiRF Atlas, which facilitates a faster reception of GPS signals. The Cosmic Soft III Navigation Software makes it an even more faster and user friendly sat nav. The maps loaded into this new sat nav is the latest released map of TeleAtlas.
Thanks to the 3.5 inches TFT touch screen display of this Cartrek sat nav. It provides a much clearer and detailed view of maps and routes. This display could be customized as per the users’ taste and convenience. Besides, users can choose the view of the map as 2D or 3D. The selection of both day or night modes are provided in this device for the comfortable view of the display during day and night. Map dragging and point to map functionality integrated into the device enhances map viewing better.
The battery employed in Cartrek 700 is 850mAh and is rechargeable. The memory of this sat nav could be expanded up to 8GB using a memory card. Three ports are provided for the connections. One is the USB port that is enabled for the connection of USB cable through which the transfer of files to and from the device is done. The other two are the ports for headphone and mini SD card.
The internal speaker in Cartrek 700 300MHz CPU Sat Nav provides a crisp and clear sound quality. The users can choose the voice and the languages they want much quickly from the menu.
