It is targeted at the people who look for more features from satellite navigation than just the navigation while driving. This satellite navigation features lane assistance technology that aids users to find the right lane for the upcoming turn.
Garmin nuvi 1450 Sat Nav comes with a unique feature to plan ten routes earlier and saves them to the device before starting the journey. It is also equipped with an ecoRoute feature that calculates the most fuel efficient routes for the users. The users can navigate through the city using cityXplorer and find where to catch the bus or subway, but this is an optional choice. It supports breadcrumb trail up to 10,000 points.
The display screen employed in nuvi 1450 Sat Nav is five inches in size and has a resolution of 480 X 270 pixels. Besides, the white backlight of the display provides more clear and sharp visibility to the pre-loaded maps. Voice prompts are employed in it for giving instructions and pronouncing street names.
