The Navigon 3300 max Satellite Navigator does not deliver a standardised route guidance but adapts the routing data to match the time of the day and the individual’s driving style via the MyRoutes feature. It includes some advanced features that takes you from A to B quickly and safely. This Navigon 3300 max Automotive Satellite Navigator measures 119 x 75.9 x 20.9 mm in dimensions and weighs 170 grams. It works on a Windows CE platform and runs on an Atlas IV processor clocked at 500MHz. Its internal antenna is integrated with a Sirfstar III plus InstantFix II GPS receiver. All the navigational data can be viewed on the device’s 4.3-inch touch sensitive display.
Navigon 3300 max Satellite Navigator comes loaded with the latest map data of your region. The buildings and landscapes are displayed realistically, owing to the unit’s Reality View option. The lane assistant pro function will guide you through the correct lane on a multiple lane junction or highway. Also the unit includes numerous points of interests such as tourists attractions and petrol stations. You just need to click on one and the address will pop-up on the screen. It will find you a nearby parking spot just few minutes before reaching the destination. A speed assistant will notify you about the speed limit of the area and warn you when you exceed the specified limit.
Navigon 3300 max Hand-Held Satellite Navigator provides timely voice instructions along with precise visual guidance owing to its text-to-speech functionality. However it lacks the Bluetooth and TMC functionality. This entry level satnav is priced at €159.
