Google Earth, computer based map software programme that can be accessed for free over the internet and updated on any GPS device, reveals the close up birds eye view of the top secret nuclear defence head quarters of the UK situated at Faslane, Scotland. The computer programme discloses the latitude and longitude of the facility in Faselane, which is very much home to Trident-armed nuclear submarine force of Britain. British military experts have warned that the images presented by the computer programme would enable terrorists to accurately launch rocket or mortar attacks.
The images on Google Earth mapware explicitly depicts a couple of Vanguard Class submarines. The submarines of this class are capable of carrying sixteen nuclear missiles. A spokesman for the military circles said that a strike on the nuclear capability could cause unprecedented devastation. He added that the terrorists, knowing precisely where to strike to cause the maximum damage, could simply enjoy a field day. The computer programme not only shows the Faslane HM Naval Base on the River Clyde in Scotland, but also the Trident Special Area that stores nuclear war-heads, ten miles away.
These carry adequate information to exactly locate the UK’s nuclear crisis HQ in Northwood, the SAS training facility in Hereford and M16′s London offices. The exact location of the sleeping quarters of the SAS, parade grounds, bunkers and office blocks are also shown by the satellite images. Considering that the terrorists across the world, in their most recent operations, had all the more resorted to satellite navigation devices and related software, the current developments definitely cannot be seen through.
A number of latest GPS Systems were recovered from a couple of deserted boats off the Mumbai shore in the wake of the notorious Mumbai terror attacks, and these devices subsequently have emerged as the prime evidences for proving the involvement of terrorist outfits of Pakistan in the incident.

Good luck trying to do anything there, apart from the miles of razor wire, attack dogs, armed police, armed sentries and the detachment of marines and also the fact that the submarines simpy shut the hatches when the intruder alarm sounds, why would anyone want to go there?. (Trust me I spent 9 miserable years based there)
And the google images are way out of date
