The latest navigation system from APSI is known as the C100 and is said to be equipped with a GPS cradle along with an AV connectivity and a slide-out touch screen PMP. Physical controls have been situated on the GPS panel for user friendly operation. Thus this device provides the flexibility of having a permanent wired navigational system with a removable media player.
This is a Korean model that is reported to include full 3D mapping, an audio and video player, a DMB TV tuner and the facility to hook up to the car’s speakers. The device is said to have external support for connecting an external GPS antenna, a reversing camera via an A/V input and a cradle for docking and charging the unit.
This unit is currently targeted at the Korean market and the pricing details are yet to be revealed, however it is expected to be a little on the higher side.
