Satsports, a company from UK, has unveiled a new GPS device designed exclusively for athletes and sports enthusiasts. Dubbed as Multi-Sports GPS, this device blends GPS for skiing, golfing, running, cycling and snowboarding.

This Satsports GPS Device comes with a Samsung 400MHz processor, windows CE 5.0, 64MB of RAM and 256MB of flash storage. It is powered with a 3.7V Lithium-ion battery. The display type employed in it is 2.7 inches TFT QVGA resolution that provides you with clear and sharp view. The GPS receiver featured in it is SiRF Star III. This new GPS device helps athletes track their work outs and shoot better in their golf practices.

This device is said to be a competition to Ripexx’s GPS-enabled Personal Measurement Device. Manufacturer claims this device to be the world’s first device that blends navigation for skiing, snowboarding, golfing, cycling and running in portable all weather device. It has been priced at 490$ in US and will be available soon with all retailers in UK.
