
GO LIVE 1000, the next generation sat nav has been revealed lately by the popular manufacturer TomTom. The new sat nav device bundles a potential processor – ARM 11 500Mhz, updatable software and options to install third party applications will keep the user on the go for the years to come.
The young TomTom GO LIVE 1000, in partnership with Vodafone, connects wireless throughout 33 European nation for downloading real time traffic instructions like speed cameras, traffic and road closures. The device boasts local look up functions in over 16 countries and accompanies wireless functions with every device for years, hence eliminating the need for registration and additional fee on purchase.
The managing director of TomTom, Corinne Vigreux said that their customers are trusting their navigational devices strongly and it is no more just about reaching destination but also very much about journey itself. The GO LIVE 1000 has been intended to make journey more relaxed, safe, predictable and pleasurable experience.
The new technology of TomTom knows the road ahead and what is happening on the journey. The device comes handy this summer covering over 1.25 million miles of roads across 45 European countries. The price of TomTom GO LIVE 1000 is yet to be announced.
