Sony NV-U51G UK & Ireland Sat Nav System is a slim designed 
portable navigation system having features that help us to find locations in the easiest way. This system weighs 280grams and measures 103.8 x 87.6 x 32.8mms.
This satellite navigation system displays the locations on a 3.5 inches touch resistive TFT screen having a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It displays locations in 2D as well as 3D perspectives and also provides anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coating. The device offers spontaneous simple on-screen operation with gesture commands like swiping the finger to scroll through the pages of menus. Its display also provides brightness control and auto dimmer functions.
The device with SiRF Star II GPS receiver has an internal flash memory of capacity 512MB. Maps included in the device are provided by the software Full British Isles map coverage with UK and Republic of Ireland. It also provides dynamic route information as well as real-time traffic updates.
The various interfaces included in the device are cradle interface, DC input, external GPS antenna connection and USB 2.0 connection. There is a built-in one-way full-range speaker with woofers that give out sound of 2Watts power. It also provides an option to connect the VCA-41 external GPS antenna.
